Genoptix
Pictured are before and after shots of a 44,000 square foot building renovation for a Medical Research Laboratory and Office Space, located in Carlsbad, California. The existing open warehouse and office building needed a complete roof structural upgrade, to accommodate new roof top units, HVAC, strobic exhaust fan, condensing units and all interior ceiling supported equipment. The exterior of the building was dramatically changed with structural steel components and a sheet metal canopy system.

Martial Arts Dojo at Camp Pendleton
The Martial Arts Facility was a ground up project. It consisted of a new underground storm water detention system, all associated underground utilities, an 11,000 square foot CMU building for offices, a class room, restrooms, locker rooms and showers, and two training mat rooms. The mat rooms were further designed to allow training in total darkness and in extreme temperatures.
